Description:

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to create, schedule, and manage our daily social media presence while fostering audience engagement and building up new channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will write and publish daily posts, optimize platform performance, and ensure timely execution of social media activities. This role collaborates with the Content Strategist and Designer to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Write and design, schedule daily posts on content calendar for LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the content calendar and brand messaging and business goals. Video editing skills are essential.
  • Gaming Community Management: Engage daily with Gaming audiences through comments, messages, and mentions to build a vibrant online community (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook). Contribute personal branding ideas for TESTA personal brand building on LinkedIn.
  • TESTA Qrowd Community Management: Liaise with Community Managers to engage with TESTA’s worldwide community of testers.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and present weekly social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, click-throughs, comments, etc.) to the Senior Marketing Coordinator.
  • Platform Optimization: Apply platform-specific best practices to maximize post reach and engagement.
  • Task Ownership: Ensure posts are published on time, checking daily task completion and reporting any platform issues or post failures to the Senior Marketing Coordinator.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Content Strategist to incorporate feedback on post drafts, help promote earned PR, owned blog posts, case studies, market reports, interviews, etc. Collaborate with the Designer to integrate visual assets, and participate in monthly alignment meetings.
Technical Skills required:
  • Proven experience in social media management, including writing, scheduling, and engaging audiences across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for platform-specific tone and engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and optimization strategies.
Soft Skills required:
  • Excellent communication skills for community engagement and team collaboration.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage daily content creation and scheduling under tight deadlines.
