Senior Marketing Copywriter

Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Copywriter to develop world-class, deliverables for a wide range of content marketing initiatives—including one of the team’s most important lead generation items: monthly Gaming market reports based on original test data.
Besides these reports, you will craft any and all kinds of strategic messaging forms, and review social media posts for messaging alignment.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Coordinator, this role collaborates with the Senior Social Media Manager and Visual Designer to support cohesive and powerful campaign execution.
Cross functional understanding is key to this role. Key to your growth with TESTA will be to learn how product, sales and marketing work together to define our messaging and our brand. You will you will develop a deep knowledge of our target audience and make sure that all content speaks to them properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content ideation: Propose ideas for content campaigns, or supporting content based on market trends and/or Value of TESTA messages.
- Content creation: Write and edit market reports, PR, case studies, interviews, tradeshow publications and other marketing initiatives—ensuring clarity, memorability and brand alignment.
- Feedback integration: Incorporate direction and feedback from the Head of Marketing and Marketing Project Manager into content as brand messaging evolves.
- Collaboration: Work with the Senior Social Media Manager to align broader content with social media strategies; collaborate with the Visual Designer to integrate written and visual assets, and participate in alignment meetings led by the Senior Marketing Coordinator and Head of Marketing.
- Post review: Review and refine social media posts drafted by the Senior Social Media Manager to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines.
Technical Skills required:
- Proven experience in copywriting or content strategy, with a portfolio showcasing blogs, campaign copy, or other marketing materials.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
Soft Skills required:
- Strong ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback and align content with strategic goals.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Organized, capable of managing long-form content projects alongside review tasks.
